ABOUT ME
I'm Cecilia, a Brazilian living in Amsterdam since 2014.
I grew up in an overall organized and functioning environment and, having an obsessive personality, being organized was probably my best skill and the common one throughout my varied work path.
After moving to the Netherlands and having a kid, I knew I didn't want to go back to the corporate world, and reading about the professional organizer career made me realize that it suited me perfectly. I got my training and certification in 2019.

THE ORGANIZING CERTIFICATION
I chose a training course and got my Professional Organizer certification in 2019 from Reorganize, a Brazilian school.
I did their Movings Organizing training too.
CURRENTLY LEARNING
Lately I'm studying a bit more about chronic disorganization, as I believe a professional organizer can be a great help to people who struggle with it.
THE VARIED WORK PATH
I started my undergrad studies with Civil Engineering, dropped it right away, had my first job in a shop selling clothes, studied Tourism and Hospitality, worked as a CAD designer in a flooding underground office and inside a metal container that had a cement bag as a curtain.
I graduated in Advertising, worked as a graphic designer and marketing assistant until the (then) new world of the internet got me and I became a web developer - it was the good old times and I had some other amazing "embedded" roles, like content editor.
As I am completely stupid corporately, somehow I ended up as a project manager. While I was pregnant I had a temporary kind-of-customer-service job - it included some level of online investigation which was pretty fun.
